Dates: July 29 - 30, 2024
Ages: While the target audience is between the ages of 13 to 30, all are welcome. A responsible guardian 18 or older must accompany any child under 13.
Location: 390 Johns Road Northwest, Huntsville, AL 35806.
Schedule: The conference will begin at 10:00 AM ending at 9:00 PM each day. Over the course of two days, there will be eight 40-minute presentations with panel discussions each day. Meals will be served at the church. The schedule will also include breaks for rest or recreation.
Conference Fee: Free
Conference T-Shirts: Will be available for $15 each. Limited quantities will be available. T-shirts can be ordered using the ticket section.
Dress Code: We would like to encourage an environment that is comfortable for all. Please come in modest, casual attire. This may include jeans, cropped pants, modest shorts and skirts. Please no leggings or yoga pants, unless they are worn with a dress or skirt. No offensive tee shirts or tank tops, please.
The purpose of the conference is biblical instruction and worship with some recreation included. Therefore, please no running shorts or inappropriate shorts, but clothing that professes godliness.
Lodging: For those who need lodging, all young men will stay in the church building with adult chaperones while the young ladies will stay in members' homes. Three meals will be served each day beginning Monday July 29th at 8:30 am (for those arriving Sunday night) and ending with breakfast Wednesday morning July 31st. Please bring a sleeping bag, soap, pillow and towels.
